Gymnastics
Our structured pre-school classes are a great way for children to have fun whilst laying the foundations for a healthy active lifestyle.

All our classes are expertly supervised by fully qualified coaches and teach important skills like balance and
co-ordination.
The emphasis is always on having fun.
​
Classes are priced at £8 per session and run Term-time only.
​
Payment is for a block booking for each term.

General
Gymnastics (Age 5-7)
Our general gymnastics programme is designed for children that want to learn basic gymnastics skills, whilst staying fit, building strength, flexibility and confidence.
Our general gymnastics programme offers foundation classes for both boys and girls aged 5 to 7.
This programme will lead onto our more advanced programme.

Gymnastics (Age 7+)
Our more advanced gymnastics programme is designed for children aged 7 and over and continues to develop the correct execution of basic gymnastics skills, whilst also teaching more advanced skills.
Building strength, flexibility and confidence remain core to the programme

Women's Artistic Gymnastics
Women's Artistic Gymnastics is a recognised Olympic sport.
​
Gymnasts train on and compete on 4 unique apparatus -
Vault, Beam, Bars and Floor.
​
This is a competitive gymnastics programme. With gymnasts competing at Regional, National and Elite levels.
Due to the significant commitment required by gymnasts, this is an invitation only group.
​
Training times will vary depending on age, experience and the level of competition gymnasts are aiming to compete at.
​
Trials are available for any vacant places to current members and non-members.
